How Long will delivery Take ?
If you are in the united kingdom it will take 2-3 days standard class post.
However if you are in the republic of Ireland and outside the united kingdom it could take between 10-20 days for it to arrive either by royal mail or parcel force services.
When Will my order be dispatched ?
I will dispatch your order once I have received payment from yourself. Payment has to be made in full before I can post the gift to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
I will accept Paypal and would recommend using this as is much safer over the internet with payments, I also accept personal cheque and if you would like to collect gifts you have purchased cash on delivery is fine.
What is your Returns Policy?
I do accept returns on my gift hampers but please inform me within 24 hours of receiving the purchased items that they are damanged and you would like a return. Please send pictures to my email to show me what is wrong with them. Please send back to my address in the condition you received the items and I give a full refund. I do not pay for you to ship back to myself however.
